These terms apply when you use FlowSnap's public-media analysis, format-selection and download workflow.
Authorised content only
You may use FlowSnap only for public content you own or have permission to access and save. You are responsible for confirming that your use complies with applicable law, copyright, contractual obligations and the source platform's rules.
Prohibited use
You must not use FlowSnap to:
- Infringe copyright or another person's rights.
- Access private, restricted or permission-controlled media without authorisation.
- Circumvent digital rights management, technical protections or access controls.
- Probe, disrupt, overload or abuse the website, API or hosting infrastructure.
- Misrepresent FlowSnap as affiliated with a source platform.
How the service works
FlowSnap requests information about a submitted public link, presents formats reported by the source platform, prepares a selected format and creates a short-lived, one-time download job. Video-only selections may be combined with a separate audio stream when one is available.
Availability and platform changes
Source platforms can change formats, access requirements and server behavior without notice. A link or platform may work locally, fail in production or become temporarily unavailable. FlowSnap does not guarantee that every public link, format, platform or download will work.
Temporary processing
Analyses, prepared jobs and completed files are temporary. Jobs can expire, are designed for one delivery attempt and may be cleared when the backend restarts. Do not rely on FlowSnap as permanent media storage.
Third-party services
FlowSnap depends on hosting providers and source platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services. Links to original media or third-party resources do not imply endorsement or control.
No affiliation
FlowSnap is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Instagram, Meta, Facebook, YouTube, Google or other source platforms.
Service changes
FlowSnap may change, suspend or remove features to protect users, control operating cost, respond to platform changes or meet legal and policy requirements. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating this page and its date.
No warranty
FlowSnap is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
