Copyright and Takedown Requests
Last updated: August 7, 2026
FlowSnap is intended only for public content that a user owns or is authorised to save. It does not provide permanent public media hosting, and completed files are processed temporarily for delivery.
Submitting a request
Send copyright or takedown requests to flowsnap.support@gmail.com with the subject Copyright or takedown request.
Information to include
- Your full name and a monitored reply address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or other rights involved.
- The exact FlowSnap page or feature concerned.
- The public source-platform URL when it is safe and lawful to share.
- An explanation of why you believe the use is unauthorised or unlawful.
- A statement that the information supplied is accurate and submitted in good faith.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Do not send sensitive access information
Do not send passwords, browser cookies, API keys or credentials. Do not send private-media links unless you are authorised to disclose them and they are necessary for the request.
Review process
FlowSnap may request clarification, preserve necessary correspondence, restrict affected functionality or take other appropriate action. A request concerning media hosted by a source platform may also need to be directed to that platform because FlowSnap does not control or permanently host the original content.
Misrepresentation
Submit accurate requests in good faith. False or misleading claims can harm users and rights holders and may carry legal consequences.
